Job descriptionCandidates should possess at least minimum NITEC / LCCI / Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in full set of accounts Good interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Possess positive working attitude with a high level of initiative Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines 5 days week
Roles & Responsibilities
Resposibility :
- Ensure timely IRAS submissions (IR8A, IR21) and tax clearances.
- Liaise with external accountants or auditors during the annual financial closing process
- Monitor the AR collection and closely follow up on the overdue accounts.
- Manage A / P process payments, reconciliation and SOA.
- Bookkeeping is using quickbooks
- Prepare GST returns, CPF, Tax filings and submission
- Handle general office administrative duties.
- Liaise with Auditors during the yearly audit
