Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Industry / Organization Type : Manufacturer – Fire Protection Equipment
  • Position Title : Accounts Executive (Full Set)
  • Working Location : Kaki Bukit
  • Working Hours : 5 days (Mon to Fri : 9 am - 6 pm)
  • Salary Package : Up to $4500 +Variable Bonus
  • Duration : Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete sets of accounts.
  • Handle transactions in multiple currencies.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and manage month-end closings.
  • Prepare monthly management reports.
  • File quarterly GST reports.
  • Monitor company cash flow.
  • Support daily financial and accounting tasks.
  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

  • LCCI, ACCA, or a Diploma / Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with MYOB and computer literate.
