Project Manager Role
To successfully fill this position, you will be responsible for acting as the company representative and liaison with various stakeholders including Clients, Consultants, authorities, and residents. Your main goal will be to effectively manage and coordinate projects from start to finish.
You will be responsible for coordinating project works, overseeing daily site operations, planning with subcontractors, and ensuring proper work execution and good workmanship. In addition, you will need to establish systems for displaying updates to residents, resolving complaints, attending site meetings, and tracking progress reports.
This role also involves monitoring project costs, ensuring quality documents are implemented, maintaining project documents, engaging in risk assessment, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key skills required for this position include negotiation, construction management, risk assessment, quantity surveying, good communication skills, and ability to work independently.
