Job Opportunity : Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor

E&I Supervisors play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by spearheading key projects in the Precision Engineering sector. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement E&I works plans to ensure timely completion and meet specified targets.
• Collaborate closely with contractors to maintain high-quality materials and workmanship in accordance with project specifications.
• Monitor and update daily manpower reports, providing feedback on any shortages or issues.
• Engage with sub-contractors to prioritize activities and align them with the sequence of works.
• Coordinate site activities with other trades to ensure seamless execution.
• Anticipate potential material shortages and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure site operations are aligned with the approved plan and sequence of works, with proper supervision.
• Attend weekly sub-contractor meetings and provide feedback on site challenges, contributing to finding solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to sub-contractors on specific job tasks.
• Supervise and monitor all aspects of work status and progress.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the planning department.
• Oversee clearance for both in-house and client punch lists.
• Request inspections according to approved inspection test plans.
• Take an active role in promoting safety among workers, participating in daily tool box meetings and VSCCs.
