What will you do?

• Implement and manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery frameworks and infrastructure services complying to BCM standards and best practices.
• Lead the support team members that are key to the successful delivery of the services.
• Manage change to service projects’ scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Understand clients’ business environment and challenges. Apply knowledge to address clients’ issues.
• Apply information gathering methods, tools and techniques, which are appropriate to the information required and sources available e.g. focus groups, structured interviews, design of questionnaires / surveys, observation, statistical analysis, etc.
• Observe and analyse information to identify trends and issues, identify root causes to problems, employ structured approaches to generate ideas, evaluate and select actions. Recommends courses of action that are supported by sound rationale, objective facts and research.
• Craft clear, well organised reports / messages / papers and bring out the value to the customer.
• Manage customer relationship during the project deliveries through strong governance and communications skills.
• Provide pre-sales support for Request For Proposals by sizing delivery cost, writing of proposals, customized response for bid questions and presentation on Service Projects Implementation to potential customers.
• Ensure that customer projects are completed to a high quality and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain Recovery Centre’s certifications and audits requirements.
