We are seeking for a Retail Assistant for our client, you
will be the face of their store, delivering excellent customer
service, operating the cashier counter, and ensuring shelves are
well-stocked and tidy. You'll play a key role in creating a
positive shopping experience for our customers while supporting
store operations.

Responsibilities : Customer
Service & Sales Support
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional
manner
Answer product-related questions and
offer recommendations
Support promotional
campaigns and upselling where
appropriate
Cashiering
Duties
Operate POS
system and handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions
accurately
Process refunds and exchanges
according to company policy
Ensure proper cash
balancing at the end of the
shift
Store
Operations
Replenish
and arrange merchandise on shelves according to
planogram
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness
of the store
Monitor stock levels and assist
in stocktaking activities
Check product expiry
dates and ensure items are well-labeled and in good
condition
Compliance
& Safety
Follow
all in-store SOPs and adhere to company policies
Comply with health and safety regulations and hygiene
standards
Requirements :
Prior retail or cashiering experience preferred (training
provided)
Good communication and interpersonal
skills
Customer-oriented with a positive
attitude
Able to work shifts, weekends, and
public holidays
