Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

To perform administrative duties in a established local logistic trading company located at North / Northen-West Singapore.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in daily admin matters (record purchase order, issue invoice, delivery order, etc.)
  • Attend customer phone enquiry, take orders via phone call.
  • Sending / receiving emails, drafting letters, etc.
  • Coordinate between office and drivers
  • Issue invoices and record purchases
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Minimum N level
  • Able to get along with team members
  • Independent & Meticulous
  • Good command in MS Office
  • To work 44 hours per week (Mon to Fri : 9am-6pm, Sat : 9am-1pm)
  • Work place at north area, candidates stay at Woodland, Sembawang will be more convenient
