Senior / Assistant Manager, Subvention and Pricing - SINGHEALTH COMMUNITY HOSPITALS

Roles & Responsibilities

Join us as a Senior / Assistant Manager in our Subvention & Pricing team, SingHealth Community Hospitals reporting to Senior Assistant Director, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial sustainability. You will be responsible for the following areas :

Subvention and Pricing Operations

• Prepare accurate and timely reports to MOH, identifying opportunities to enhance financial sustainability
• Support subvention operationalisation and provide financial analytics support for dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to cost services and ensure all relevant costs are captured in the costing of patient related services
• Assist the work associated with the national costing guidelines exercise including cost systemisation projects
• Lead stakeholder engagement in cost-benefit analysis for patient billing services and develop business cases for new initiatives and process improvements
• Regular review of market competitiveness of fees and assist in negotiation of patient billing rates in service level agreements
• Deliver financial analytics support as and when required
