Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience in SAP procurement modules (SRM, MM, FICO integration). Hands-on experience with GR / IR reconciliation, Service Confirmation, and Vendor Master Data (DSP / VMD). High proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle financial or data discrepancies. Detail-oriented and capable of adhering to procurement SOPs and governance standards. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related disciplines preferred.

Job Description
- Manage SAP SRM transactions — accurately process internal shopping cart requests and service orders.
- Perform Service Confirmations on service-related Purchase Orders (POs) to acknowledge service completion and enable invoice processing.
- Investigate and resolve Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt (GR / IR) discrepancies to ensure timely invoice processing.
- Handle Vendor Master Data (VMD) management — create or amend vendor details via the Data Stewardship Platform (DSP).
- Execute Purchase Order amendments through the Procurement Lifecycle Management (PLC) system or SAP transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit records for all procurement activities.
