Assistant Sales Manager

Key

Responsibilities :

Assist in

managing and guiding the sales team.

• Support

training and mentoring for sales

executives / engineers.

• Handle key accounts and

escalated customer needs.

• Work with

cross-functional teams to improve

processes.

Requirements :

Diploma or higher in Engineering or related

field.

• Min. 4 years' relevant experience,

including 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Strong

leadership and organizational skills.

• Solid

technical drawing interpretation skills.
