Job descriptionDaily preparation and production of cake and pastry products sample Perform baking comparison test by incorporating emulsifiers into baked products Creating new product prototypes and recipe formulation including tweaking the taste profiles of the food products as based on food taste test results experimentation Responsible for the conceptualization, development, testing and scaling of new recipes To conduct sensory evaluation and approval of new products / recipes Ensure good personal hygiene, proper sanitation and cleanliness of work area and kitchen tools Decorating finished products Assist in the modification and improvement of baking products to ensure it is relevant to the current needs of the target customer Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior Minimum Polytechnic Diploma 3 years’ working experience in the cake bakery Possess knowledge of baking skills and techniques

- Working hours : Mon – Fri | 9am – 6pm | 8.30am - 5.30pm | 8am - 5pm [Able to choose the working hours]
