The Duty Ops Manager role is a critical position that oversees facility operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery.
This position involves supervising and coordinating all facility operations, liaising between facility management, contractors, and building users, monitoring team performance and adherence to SOPs and safety standards, responding to incidents, emergencies, and service requests, conducting routine inspections and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities

- Liaison and Communication : Maintain effective communication with facility management, contractors, and building users to ensure efficient coordination of tasks and activities.
- Performance Monitoring : Regularly monitor team performance, ensuring adherence to established SOPs and safety standards.
- Incident Response : Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and service requests, taking necessary actions to resolve issues efficiently.
