Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Manager to lead and support our operations in the APAC region. This position is based in Singapore and will serve as the key operational liaison between our regional markets and global headquarters. The successful candidate will have strong experience in supply chain distribution, sales administration, after-sales service, and regional cost management. This is a pivotal role responsible for building, executing, and scaling operational processes across the region while ensuring operational efficiency and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Sales Administration

• Drive accurate demand forecasting in coordination with the sales team and regional distributors.
• Support order management processes, from PO intake to shipment tracking and delivery.
• Ensure all sales transactions are processed timely and accurately in the system.
• Track key sales metrics and generate operational reports for performance analysis.
