Roles & Responsibilities

• Support trainer at all times as part of on the job training
• Set up classroom environment in accordance with the policies, guidelines and framework of MindChamps.
• Maintain a safe, clean learning environment, assuring the well-being and safety of champs
• Resources for upkeep of teaching resources
• Support trainer in maintaining discipline and supervision of champs during all activities. Job Requirements
• Creative and inspiring personality with dynamic and energetic lesson delivery skills
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
