Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Manage service desk tickets and provide technical support to end-users, focusing on hardware-related issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Perform imaging / cloning, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware.
• Deliver Level 1 support for IT hardware including computers, printers, and related devices.
• Prepare and set up laptops for new hires, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Administer and maintain computer networks and related IT environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of hardware inventory, procedures, and operational workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

About You :

Duration : 12 months, renewable based on performance
