Roles & Responsibilities

We are a Renovation Contractor company specialising in commercial and residential projects. We are looking for several Project Coordinators with relevant experience in the Renovation Contractor industry. Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
• Ensure proper tracking of renovation project deadlines and deliverables
• Preparation of Quotations
• Preparation of Project Status reports and updates
• Liaise with building management and consultants to ensure timely and accurate submissions
• Liaise with new customers on their queries and understand their renovation needs
