You are responsible for the human resource management and administrative matters for the NS units while managing all NS affairs and working with other agencies in and outside of the Formation to facilitate a positive experience for the NSmen.

What You Will Be Working On

Manage deployment, staffing and manning of NS units

Manage engagement initiatives

Oversee leadership development and succession planning for NS units

Coordinate training and administration activities for NSmen

Address NSmen and NS units\' requirements and queries in a timely and effective manner

Challenges

Contextualising NS issues to provide NS units / NSmen with the appropriate advice

What We Are Looking For

Education in Human Resource

At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource

Good communication and public relations skills

Good time management and organisational skills
