IT Recruitment Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Specialize in assigned industry to manage the end-to-end recruitment from job posting / data mining to extending offers to candidates
• Provide curated consultation with hiring managers and / or clients to identify their recruitment needs and selection criteria
• Manage recruitment projects from diverse industries for sourcing, pipelining and urgent requisitions
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of key client stakeholders
• Assist with onboarding activities for successful candidates
