Fund Finance Manager, Venture Capital Fund

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a regional venture capital firm investing in digital asset industry and they have a strong track record in the region. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Fund Finance Manager. This role is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with other team members to cover fund accounting and operations
• Prepare and review fund accounting, capital account, fund performance calculation, management fee etc
• Liaise with external vendors such as fund administrators, auditors etc
• Monitor cash flow such as investment payments and expense, treasury tasks etc
• Prepare and manage financial statements, financial data from portfolio companies
• Monitor portfolio companies and valuations
• Prepare and review investor reports
• Coordinate audit, tax reporting processes.
• Other ad-hoc finance related duties when necessary

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years of fund accounting experience
• Exposure to digital asset / crypto industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other accounting qualification
• Good accounting and finance technical knowledge
• Motivated, meticulous, fast learner
• Good communication and presentation skills
