Acquisition
Leverage
your existing book of business to bring in immediate catering
sales.
Prospect, pitch, and close new catering
accounts (corporate, social, agency, venue partners,
etc.).
Develop tailored proposals and
presentations for clients based on event needs and
budget.
Negotiate contracts and finalize
agreements that are mutually
beneficial.
Relationship
Management
Build and
nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
and referrals.
Act as the main point of
contact for assigned clients - from inquiry to post-event
follow-up.
Ensure a smooth handover to
operations and culinary teams for flawless
execution.
Strategy
& Reporting
Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, pricing,
and target market segments.
Track pipeline
activity and provide regular updates on leads, conversions, and
revenue.
Identify partnership and upsell
opportunities (e.g. venues, decor companies, recurring
accounts).
Qualifications :
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in catering
sales.
Must have an active
network or portfolio of potential
clients .
Proven ability to meet
or exceed revenue targets.
Exceptional
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a
fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM
tools and proposal
generation.
