About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Admin Assistant to join our team at Merawood Industries Pte Ltd in the North Region. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our operations. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Able to handle Mandarine-speaking clients.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Providing administrative support to the management team as needed.
  • Assisting with the organisation of meetings, events, and other company activities.
  • Maintaining and updating office supplies and inventory.
  • Contributing to the implementation of efficient administrative procedures and processes.
  • Accounts related experience.
  • Social Media platform experience is a plus.

What we're looking for

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
