Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Senior Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, devising suitable sales plans, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Achieve sales target for YGP and Yamalube Oil by developing effective sales strategies and executing them through visits to customers and markets.
• Devise and implement suitable sales plans and strategies for respective markets to increase sales revenue.
• Visit customers and markets periodically to understand market conditions and problems, and provide solutions to improve sales performance.
• Develop and strengthen sales relationships with all customers of the company through effective marketing efforts and sales activities.
• Conduct market research, analysis, and formulation of suitable sales and marketing plans to expand and strengthen sales.
• Conduct Area / Product Marketing activities to improve area and regional sales, and conduct Sales training to Parts / Service staffs & customers.
• Work closely with OP team to achieve sales target and ensure higher allocation ratio to customers, and participate in Service and 3S campaigns to understand market conditions.
• Make Sales and Marketing reports on regular basis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
