Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Up to $5,500 + AWS & Bonus
  • A reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors.
  • 6 days (Can leave after 2pm on Sat, with no urgent tasks or deadlines to meet - 5.5 days)

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with builders and contractors to create and update plans, drawings for building projects.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers and construction teams to integrate design elements and ensure coordination across disciplines.
  • Responsible for creating detailed and technical drawings based on sketches and instructions provided by the site / design team
  • Develop comprehensive construction drawings, adhering to local building codes and regulations.
  • Gather product and structural requirements, calculating dimensions and material specifications, and creating detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Prepare preliminary sketches, working drawings and detailed specifications.
  • Monitor the construction process to ensure works aligns with the approved drawings and specifications.
  • Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior.

    • Requirements

  • Familiar with BIM, Revit, Navisworks, Sketch-up, AutoCad software / computer-aided design (CAD).
