GoldPhield is partnering with a client to appoint an IT Manager . This role oversees the company’s overall technology infrastructure, ensuring systems operate securely, efficiently, and reliably.

The IT Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive strategic IT initiatives, provide hands-on technical leadership, and ensure technology capabilities align with business priorities and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user devices.
• Ensure secure, efficient, and reliable operation of all IT systems, including upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery planning.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies such as ISO standards & PDPA.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, set performance objectives, and coordinate training programs.
• Manage IT support operations to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategy and solutions with business goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to improve operations and efficiency.
• Oversee IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on IT performance, initiatives, and strategic plans.
