A well-established mobility and payments company is seeking a dynamic Head of Compliance to lead its regulatory and risk framework across the organization. This is a strategic leadership role offering the rare opportunity to shape the compliance landscape in a fast-evolving and highly regulated industry. You will work closely with senior leadership and external regulators to uphold strong governance, AML / CFT controls, and data protection practices. In return, you will enjoy a competitive total remuneration of up to S$200,000 annually.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Lead the overall compliance function and act as the key liaison with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and other regulatory bodies.
- Ensure organization-wide compliance with key frameworks including the Payment Services Act (PSA), AML / CFT regulations, PDPA, and corporate governance standards.
- Oversee AML and fraud prevention efforts, including risk assessments, transaction monitoring, and suspicious transaction reporting.
- Serve as the appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO), managing data governance and privacy frameworks in line with Singapore’s PDPA.
- Manage corporate secretariat functions and provide governance advice to senior management and the board.
- Drive internal compliance monitoring, testing, reporting, and staff training across business units.
- Build and lead a high-performing compliance team, fostering a culture of integrity and risk awareness.
Requirements :
Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CIPM, CCEP) are advantageous.Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in compliance, AML / CFT, fraud prevention, and data protection within the financial or payments sector.Strong working knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory frameworks including the PSA, MAS guidelines, and PDPA.Proven track record managing regulator relationships and overseeing enterprise-level compliance programs.Strong leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and sound problem-solving abilitiesIf you are interested in the role, please apply with your updated resume to adora.lee@revup-consulting.com (R1879177) for a confidential discussion.
