Process Technician - MANFIELD EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE LTD

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate the process to meet the conditions specified in manuals / instructions
• Operate the process equipments at site in accordance with operation plan.
• Take measures to improve production status and equipment performance on productivity and quality after approval of shift senior technician
• Patrol plant process, confirm the condition of process and equipments and report disordered matter to senior shift technicians.
• Prepare and organised patrol records
• Take a sampling for analysis of products and process evaluation.
• Report all incidents, near misses, deviation from plan and take part in further investigation when required.
• Assist in coordination of daily maintenance planning, and participate in maintenance activities and shutdown / start-up of sections.
• Provide support for maintenance group / quality control group, if any problem arises.
• Work as shift Analyst , when designed by supervisors
• Perform the role as an auxiliary fire Fighter
• Experience in chemical plant.
• Possess basic knowledge of maintenance, chemical engineering and analytical procedures.
• Experience in operation via DCS systems is advantageous
