Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Assist Project Manager in coordinating and performing all works submissions to consultants and relevant authorities
- Assist Project Manager in liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and internal departments for timely execution of works
- Assist the Project Manager in planning the day to day activities, sequencing in accordance to the site works schedules
- Ensure resource usage is optimized
- Prepare meeting minutes, presentations and works schedules
Job Requirement :
Minimum GCE O’Level with 5 passes or aboveAt least 1 year experience in related field. (candidates without experience are welcome)Meticulous to details and keen to learnBe able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writingKnowledge of project planning and management procedures, practices, and techniquesAbility to work effectively both dependently and as part of a teamExperience using computers for a variety of taskswilling to work for Alt Full SaturdayOther Information :
