What You’ll Do
- Lead the Shift : Take charge of daily operations and step in as acting manager when required.
- Create Guest Experiences : Ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and delighted at every interaction.
- Be Hands-On : Work closely with both front and back of house, offering guidance and support where it counts.
- Raise the Bar : Maintain consistency and actively look for ways to improve service quality.
- Inspire the Team : Motivate, mentor, and encourage your teammates to perform at their best.
