Roles & Responsibilities

A prestigious global luxury brand is seeking an experienced and highly reliable Regional Security Manager to oversee its security operations across Southeast Asia. This is a critical role ensuring the safety and continuity of the brand’s people, assets, and operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role :

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be the sole contributor responsible for leading and implementing the brand’s regional security framework. You will manage external vendors, ensure compliance with local laws, conduct risk assessments, and respond to incidents swiftly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end security operations across SEA
• Develop and implement regional security strategies, crisis response, and emergency protocols
• Monitor geopolitical developments and regulatory changes, and assess potential threats
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, law enforcement, and other agencies
• Conduct investigations and ensure thorough incident reporting and follow-up
• Oversee security system upgrades, installations, and maintenance in collaboration with IT and operations
• Organize and deliver employee security training and awareness programs
• Manage security budgets, vendor negotiations, and service quality
