Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Manage transportation providers and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and system updates.
  • Prepare and process shipping and customs documentation as needed.
  • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Optimize logistics procedures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Resolve issues related to shipping delays, lost / damaged goods, or customs clearance.
  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and procurement teams to align logistics activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions and generate regular reports for management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations and documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
