HR & Admin Specialist

Position : HR & Admin Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage end -to-end HR functions, including recruitment, background screening, EP' / SP application, renewal, cancellation procedures, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Processing Payroll.
• Ensure compliance with IR21, IR8A, maternity leave, healthcare claims, CPF, and other government survey submissions timely and accurately to avoid any penalty.
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records for reliable reporting.
• Ensure HR policies comply with the Employment Act and relevant government regulations.
• Provide constructive recommendations on staff appraisals to management and assist in updating the company handbook as needed.
• Provide accurate communication of company policies to staff. Able to write announcements and letters with a high level standards.
• Coordinate with IT vendors to ensure effective deployment and management of IT resources.
• Oversee office administration to ensure a conducive workplace, including procurement, courier, and liaison with vendors.
• Organize company activities such as D&D, and other staff engagement initiatives.
• Manage content on social media platforms to enhance company prsence.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
