We are looking for a visionary Director for more than 25 years old college.Mandatory : Age : Between 45 - 55Must have experience as a Director of an Educational Institute.Preferred Domain Background : IT / ManagementKey Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : Setting a vision for the institution and aligning all activities with its mission and goals. Academic Oversight : Developing and implementing curriculum standards, ensuring quality of education, and overseeing faculty performance. Operations Management : Ensuring the smooth operation of the institution, including managing budgets, resources, and facilities. Faculty Leadership : Leading, mentoring, and evaluating faculty and staff, promoting professional development and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement : Fostering strong relationships with parents, students, and the community. Compliance and Regulation : Ensuring compliance with relevant educational standards and regulations. Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyzing academic performance data to inform decision-making and drive school improvement initiatives. Fundraising and Development : May be involved in fundraising efforts to support the institution's growth and programs.
