Senior Legal Counsel

A diversified engineering group with a strong presence across Europe and Asia is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal team, reporting directly to the Group General Counsel.

This role supports the Group’s semiconductor and electronics portfolio across Asia and Europe, as the company continues its growth through strategic M&A and cross‑border expansion. You will partner closely with business leaders, engineers, and corporate functions to structure commercial transactions, manage legal risks, and uphold governance standards in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

• Structure commercial contracts and manage legal risks.
• Provide corporate governance, M&A support, intellectual property, trade compliance, and export control expertise.
• Deliver hands‑on exposure to complex cross‑border deals, cutting‑edge technologies, and high‑growth industrial markets.
