Cloud Platform Engineer (Senior) – TEKsystems

We’re hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer to consult with one of the leading global financial services clients in Singapore. This role will support the build and scale of a secure, cloud‑native engineer platform used by hundreds of engineers and is part of a high‑performing tech team driving a multi‑year cloud transformation initiative aimed at enhancing developer efficiency and platform reliability.

If you’re an ex‑developer who transitioned into Cloud or DevOps engineering and you’re passionate about solving engineers’ pain points at scale, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and support an internal AWS cloud platform as part of a cross‑functional engineering team
• Collaborate with engineers to understand workflows and improve their experience
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS using tools such as Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS)
• Develop automation pipelines and CI / CD workflows using GitHub Actions or similar tools
• Integrate monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk for observability
• Maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support platform scaling
• Work closely with engineering teams across departments to enable smooth cloud migration and adoption
