TRADING ANALYST – UP9500 – 1 Year Contract – Bugis
12‑Month contract plus 1‑Month completion bonus. Location : Bugis. Schedule : Fri 8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm. Salary : $5,500 – $9,500 per month. We are seeking a highly motivated Trading Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing profit and loss (P&L) reporting and exposure gatekeeping for trading books. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain in‑depth exposure across key trading functions, including Gas Supply & Trading (GSAT), Product Supply & Trading (PSAT), and Crude Supply & Trading (CSAT), through structured job rotations. The Trading Analyst reports to the Manager of Business Analytics, who provides analytical and strategic support to the GSAT, PSAT, and CSAT business units. Responsibilities
Contribute as part of a regional trading team through deal entry, analysis and reporting. Input daily trade data into the Trading System for various types of deals, ensuring timely communication of trade details to relevant stakeholders and compliance with timeline requirements. Verify deals entered into the Trading System by traders for accuracy and completeness. Input revisions to existing trades as advised by traders and align trades for allocations and actualisations as cargo status changes. Perform exposure reconciliation and analysis of daily volumetric changes, discrepancies, and P&L changes. Track physical cargo movements, cargo pricing windows, futures expiration dates, etc., providing timely and accurate exposure information for the trading team. Prepare monthly earnings forecast, business highlights, and earnings commentary for management. Prepare monthly inventory forecast and quarterly open‑paper position reporting to Houston headquarters. Assist with ad‑hoc reporting, new counterparties, and know‑your‑customer requests. Drive or participate in global and regional digital projects or initiatives. Problem‑solve front, mid, and back‑office issues with support teams. Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. Team player able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Proven time‑management, multi‑tasking, and prioritization skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. High level of Excel proficiency. Digital mindset and innovative thinker. RightAngle and / or ENDUR experience. Experience in Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Query. Knowledge of commodities is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Industry
