Occupational Therapist (Locum) - Club Rainbow (Singapore)

Roles & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Assess and identify individual needs
• Develop and deliver appropriate individualised intervention plans
• Work collaboratively with a multi-professional team in areas of assessment, goal development, intervention strategies and progress monitoring
• Plan and run group therapy and general programs with other allied health team members
• Provide appropriate information, education and support for client group and caregivers
• Comply with professional clinical and service standards to ensure quality service delivery
• Support supervisor in clinical and quality improvement initiatives
• Evaluate and document clients’ progress at regular intervals
• Perform any specific projects and duties assigned by supervisor from time to time
