Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Sponsorship Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, securing sponsorships and partnerships, and managing key client relationships across MediaComz’s event portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new sponsors, exhibitors, and advertising partners.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, operations) to ensure all sponsor deliverables are executed as promised.
- Represent MediaComz at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to promote our events and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, prospects, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, sponsorship, or event management (experience in media, maritime, or industrial sectors preferred).Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.Willingness to travel occasionally for events and client meetings.What We Offer
