Air Freight Operation Executive (East / Shift Work / 5.5 days)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import / export operations, including drafting HBL / HAWB, MBL / MAWB, manifesting, billing, cost entry, shipment tracking, and pre-alerts to overseas counterparts.
• Accurately prepare key export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, B / L, AWB, C / O, L / C, and other required shipping forms.
• Coordinate shipping arrangements with customers, agents, subcontractors, port operators, and trucking companies both locally and overseas.
• Oversee daily export activities and ensure timely delivery execution.
• Maintain and update customer contact information to support service excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to strengthen sea freight procedures, compliance, and service quality.
• Respond to customer enquiries from local and international clients promptly.
• Complete profit and loss (P&L) statements within the required timeframe.
• Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, releasing, and labeling of goods.
• Adhere to customer requirements and internal SOPs.
• Liaise closely with sales to communicate updates or issues, especially for air freight matters.
• Ensure declarations to carriers or co-loaders are submitted accurately and promptly.
• Take on other tasks assigned by Management when needed.
