Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Industry / Organization Type : Logistics / Transportation
  • Position Title : Customer Service Officer (PM Shift)
  • Working Location : Jalan Buroh
  • Working Hours : 5.5 days (Mon to Fri : 10.00am – 7 : 00pm) (Alternate Sat : 10.00am – 7.00pm)
  • Salary Package : Basic + $10 / day shift allowance + OT + $150 (Transport Allowance) + Variable Bonus
  • Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle invoice preparation, order processing, and delivery documentation.
  • Respond to and acknowledge customer inquiries and orders and provide delivery summaries via email or phone.
  • Verify Good Received Notices (GRN).
  • Complete closing for all Delivery Orders (D / O).
  • Generate Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Reports.
  • Coordinate trucking and shipping instructions with the Freight Team for warehouse operations.
  • Maintain daily filing and update attendance reports.
  • Retrieve documents as needed for discrepancy reports at management’s request.
  • Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

  • Computer skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills.
