Job descriptionMinimum Diploma in Engineering - Electrical / Electronics, Air Conditioning or related qualification Come with min 5 years of relevant technical / mechanical building engineering experience Experience with complex matrix and international environments Excellent in communication skills Effective work with cross functional team and time management skills Perform technical support issue for air conditioning products or control systems Provide training to internal / external teams and installers Manage and handle call / emails requesting for technical support (service / maintenance) Work closely with Service Department / Partner for service enquiries Monthly quality follow-up meetings Support and provide guidance for installers / partners on installations and on site technical Ensure a high level of product quality by continuous monitoring and setting warming systems of prod The Opportunity Our client, a Global MNC company Seeking for Technical Support Engineer (HVAC - Aircond) Working hour : 5 days per week, 9 hours per day Nearest MRT : Pasir Panjang 2 year contract Completion Bonus!
