Client Portfolio Management
- Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, providing end to end support offering a seamless and comprehensive suite of services encompassing Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Courses and Tax Compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Build and develop the rapport with new and existing clients to keep them satisfied with our services in order to get the most possible renewals.
Content Development
Develop, write, and edit clear, concise, and compelling content for website blog articles daily.Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand content needs and target audiences.Optimize content for SEO and ensure best practices are followed.Portfolio Acquisition
Make outbound sales calls.Attending face to face client meeting to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions.Build and enhance relationship with clients to grow portfolio.Report on sales activity on a weekly basis.Other general admin duties as assigned.Requirements
