Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of automation androbotics systems.
• Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (AMRs,robotic arms, conveyors, etc.).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware or software issues, escalating to regionaltechnical teams if needed.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in resolving systemintegration issues.
• Document service reports, issue logs, and maintenance records accurately.
• Collaborate closely with the customer’s operations team and serve as the firstline of support.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with site regulations andcustomer requirements.
