We are a Main Contractor engaging mostly in projects with the public sector involving A&A, renovation and carpentry works. We own a workshop equipped with skilled carpenters to deal with custom made furniture and cabinets. We value talent and promote work-life-balance. Job Descriptions

• Responsible for production of shop drawings and detailed construction drawings independently;
• Collaborate with Project Team to revise and update drawings as required.
• Ensure all drawings comply with regulatory codes, company standards, and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions and version control.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to coordinate design with actual conditions.
• Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards;
• Manages multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritisation;
• Prepares documents and transmittal form for submissions;
• Consult with Project Managers on project planning and inclusion of necessary details in the preparation of drawings;
• Ensures that all materials are detailed and accounted for in the drawings;
