Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a Retail Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Store Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Centre.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations across multiple stores, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional customer experience, including after-sales services and repairs.
- Drive sales performance and profitability by achieving targets, optimizing productivity, and implementing effective sales strategies, new launches, and initiatives.
- Continuously enhance the overall brand experience to encourage client retention, repeat visits, and full-price purchases.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve customer service standards, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain optimal inventory levels, gather timely market insights, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales and operations reports to management.
- Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the management team.
Requirements :
