We are a professional transportation and logistics company based in Singapore. Our services include local delivery, warehousing, cross-border transportation, and supply chain management. Due to business expansion, we are now hiring an Assistant to the Operations Manager to support our operations team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in daily operations, including fleet scheduling, driver management, transport arrangements, and handling emergencies.
- Follow up on customer orders to ensure smooth delivery and provide timely feedback on client requirements.
- Compile operational data and reports, and assist in developing improvement plans.
- Coordinate with departments such as warehousing, transport, and customer service to enhance overall efficiency.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
iLogistics, Transportation Management, or related field preferredStrong communication and coordination skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.Prior experience in operations support or the logistics / transport industry is an advantage.Proficient in both English and Mandarin; familiar with MS Office and ERP systems.BenefitsSalary range : depending on experienceWorking hours : 44 hours per weekCareer growth and professional training opportunities.Annual leave, medical benefits, and transport allowance as per company policy.Work Location
