Assistant Resident Manager

We're seeking a passionate Assistant Resident Manager to oversee night cleaning operations at Changi Airport. In this role, you will manage and lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery. Location : Changi Airport

Working hours : 6 days per week, 11pm-7am

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations.
• Effective instruction and management of supervisors / cleaners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Planning of manpower, scheduling, attendance taking etc.
• Resolving all matters on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports.
• Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Other ad-hoc duties / projects assigned.
