Job Core Purpose
Responsible for the full lifecycle management of logistics real estate assets, with a focus on formulating strategies, executing transactions, and delivering refined operations to maximise asset value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop medium-to-long-term management strategies for logistics assets, including value enhancement plans, rental projections, and cash flow forecasting, while reviewing and evaluating asset performance;
- Lead the acquisition and divestment of logistics assets : identify potential targets, coordinate due diligence, design transaction structures, lead negotiations, and drive the successful closure of transactions;
- Liaise with intermediary agencies, match buyer resources, complete the sale of logistics assets, and ensure the achievement of optimal transaction prices;
- Monitor market dynamics in the logistics real estate sector (including supply and demand, policies, and ESG trends), identify potential risks, and develop corresponding mitigation measures;
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (finance, operations, etc.), and maintain cooperative relationships with local financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and other relevant stakeholders;
- Prepare asset performance reports (covering metrics such as IRR, NOI, etc.), and ensure the compliance and traceability of transaction documents and data.
Requirements
Academic Background : Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CFA or CPM would be advantageous;Experience : A minimum of 8 years’ experience in logistics real estate asset management within Europe or Southeast Asia, with a proven track record of successful logistics asset acquisition and divestment projects; familiarity with local transaction processes and regulatory frameworks is essential; previous experience with top-five intermediary firms or leading real estate enterprises will be considered a plus;Skills : Proficiency in financial modelling (including valuation and cash flow analysis), strong negotiation capabilities, and an established network of local buyers and intermediaries;Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, capable of conducting stakeholder negotiations and drafting investment reports in both languages to ensure accurate communication.#J-18808-Ljbffr
