Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate with warehouse, and procurement teams for delivery schedules.
- Input and manage sales orders in the ERP system.
- Track order status and inform customers of delivery updates or delays.
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, discounts, and terms in all documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and close sales in coordination with Sales team
- Handle customer feedback, returns, or complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for internal review.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs.
- Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements :
GCE "O" or Nitec LevelSkilled in using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Having experience with SAP is advantageous.Have a positive work ethic and a strong sense of accountability.Resourceful and capable of working on their own in a hectic settingSelf-reliant, mature, and prepared to work with little directionNeeds to be upbeat and proactive in problem-solvingHybrid work after confirmationMNC environmentTell employers what skills you have
