Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle cashiering duties, including payment transactions and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Maintain store visual presentation and cleanliness according to company standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store sales targets.
- Support store operations and assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements :
Good communication skills with a pleasant disposition and positive learning attitude.Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.Prior retail experience is required.Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).Staff Benefits :
