Cold Calling & Lead

Generation

✅ Make outbound calls

services.

✅ Identify customer needs and

recommend suitable treatments / packages.

✅ Set

appointments for consultations or trials at our

outlets.

✅ Follow up with prospects to convert

them into paying customers.

Customer Engagement & Sales

Provide professional and engaging explanations of

services.

✅ Address inquiries, handle

objections, and offer promotional incentives.

Maintain positive relationships with potential and existing

clients.

Tracking &

Reporting

✅ Keep accurate records

of calls, leads, and customer responses.

Provide daily / weekly reports on lead conversion and

performance.

Requirements

Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably

in wellness, beauty, or healthcare).

• Strong

communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone

presence.
